  • Developing Skills in Disabled Children Through Communication, Life Skills and Games.

Each course has a duration of six weeks. The number of places is limited -17 people per class – which will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and participants are limited to one course. The first classes will begin in November 2019 and a second term is tentatively scheduled for February 2020.

‘You will have the opportunity to take a fresh look at your family’s established daily routine, learn how to use alternative and additional communication tools, adapt environmental elements that will help your child to be more active and independent, and also create games in which your child can participate,’ promise the authors of the courses.

Training involves independent and group work, forums on given topics, online video meetings with tutors in a small group, and analysis of both invented and real situations. The practical tasks are aimed at integrating the acquired knowledge into the daily life of the family.
