The Implications of Russia's NGO Law for Russian and UK NGOs

Following a BEARR initiative, the Foreign and Commonwealth office  hosted a seminar on this topic on 2 October at the FCO, King Charles Street, London SW1.

Speakers included:

Alexei Zhafyarov, Head of the Federal Registration Service of the Directorate for Political Parties and the Registration of Public, Religious and Other Organisations of the Russian Federation.  (Mr Zhafyarov's text was promised for publication but has not been received)
