The BEARR Trust

This site is for all those who wish to support and promote health and social welfare and help strengthen civil society in Russia and Eurasia, especially through cooperation between NGOs and other organisations with similar interests.

The BEARR Trust believes that by exchanging information, experience, resources and best practice, we can all work more effectively. Those who share the Trust's commitment to this approach are invited to support our work by becoming Friends of the BEARR Trust.

Most of the site is open to all, to browse and to use freely.  But the site is new and will be only as good as its contributors make it. NGOs and professionals working in this field are urged to participate actively in the site by registering as Members. Registration is free of charge.
